When you buy direct from BabySonic, you have our guarantee of good service and quality products in keeping with our commitment to you. If for some reason you are unhappy with the BabySonic products you buy from us, you can write to us and we will consider your case carefully. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery Times
We will endeavour to deliver goods to your door within 14 working days. If there is a delay, we will get in touch with you via email or telephone (whichever is available) you will then have the right to cancel your order if you do not want to wait any longer.
We use Royal Mail or Parcel Force to deliver, dependent on your order, but if you need something urgently, we can offer a quicker guaranteed delivery - please contact us either by phone 020 8877 3482 or email info@babysonic.co.uk.
Delivery within the UK:
Orders weighing under 1kg are usually sent by Royal Mail First Class which means delivery within 1-2 days (including Saturdays). Royal Mail deliveries, whether First or Second class sometimes take longer. If you have not received your parcel, please look out for calling cards (which the postman will leave if you are out). We would ask you to wait 14 days before contacting us regarding any missing parcels sent by Royal Mail.
Orders weighing more than 1-2kg will be sent out by Parcel Force on a 48 hour delivery (working days only). Parcel Force can deliver anytime between 8 am - 6pm, although most deliveries are made during the morning. If you know that your parcel was sent by Parcel Force and have not received it - please let us know on the third working day after despatch so that we can track it for you.
Please note that these are guidelines only. After packaging, the warehouse may take a final decision regarding the despatch method based on shape, size and weight of the order.
Outside the UK:
We offer international deliveries. Smaller or lightweight items are sent by Royal Mail Small Packet. Although these are usually delivered within 5-7 working days, please allow 20 working days for them to be delivered before contacting us if missing.
If you have paid extra postage for quicker or heavier delivery, your goods will be despatched by Parcel Force (Euro48 if delivery within Europe) or Datapost (for outside Europe). We track these orders for you so if it has not been received a week after despatch, please contact us.
Although we are ultimately responsible for the delivery of your order, we rely on the services of the Royal Mail and Parcel Force and therefore cannot be held responsible for any complaint against Royal Mail or Parcel Force directly. If you do have reason to complain about them, please contact the individual companies direct.
Delivery Charges
