Service Commitment
YourBump Ltd prides itself on a reputation based on product quality, product support, service, and customer satisfaction. YourBump strives to produce the highest quality products, and to support those products accordingly.
However, life is unpredictable and problems occasionally arise which we have not forseen. Most problems can be resolved quickly. In all cases, we hope to be able to work in partnership with users to resolve problems to the users satisfaction and to uphold our demonstrated commitment to excellence. In the unlikely event that you should experience some problem with one of our products please return it to us at YourBump Limited, Unit 9B Compass House, London. SW18 1DB clearly stating the the nature of the problem.
Warranty
YourBump warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. YourBump can not warrant third party accessories such as batteries, earphones, gel's, carry cases or any other item supplied by other manufacturers for use with our product as a package. This excludes any accessories purchased individually and separate from any other product. YourBump product warranty is not transferable and is limited to the original purchaser.
In the unlikely event a defect does occur, contact your supplier in the first instance, and they will advise you of their return policy, and what you should do next. Providing the product is within the warranty period, you are most likely to be advised to return the equipment to us within the proper time.
Upon the timely return to our premises, if defective, the product will be replaced or repaired, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer. This remedy is the exclusive remedy. This product is supplied without any further warranties or conditions, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, quality or fitness for particular purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights.
This warranty shall not apply to products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, accidents, unauthorized service, abnormal electrical or environmental conditions, normal wear and tear or any condition other than that considered normal use.
YourBump shall not be responsible to the customer, any other person or entity for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage whatsoever. YourBump shall not be responsible for costs of procurement of substitute products or services, or for any lost profits, however caused and on any theory of liability, arising from this warranty. YourBump has no responsibility or liability for the claims of any third party.
The maximum compensation to the customer by YourBump and/or its suppliers, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the original product.
YourBump does not assume responsibility for delays resulting from shipment on commercial or private carriers, or for loss or damage to equipment during shipment. We insure all equipment deliveries from our premises and suggest that any returns to YourBump also be insured. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy
